What is a chenille (pipe cleaner) flower?

A chenille flower — “moru” flower in Korean — is a flower crafted by hand, one bloom at a time, from chenille stems (pipe cleaners). Unlike fresh flowers, it never wilts, making it an everlasting handmade gift.

What is it made of?

A “moru” is a thin wire wrapped in soft chenille fiber. The wire is bent into petals, a calyx, and a stem. The wire core holds the shape, while the soft surface gives a lifelike texture.
